ABOUT RTC

The West Africa Regional Training Center (RTC) provides innovative law enforcement instruction to
combat transnational organized crime in West Africa.  Located in Accra, Ghana, the RTC is an initiative of U.S. Department of State, Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs’ (INL) International Law Enforcement Academy (ILEA) Program.
Training at the RTC advances the strategic efforts of INL to address complex transnational criminal threats including transnational organized crime, corruption, illicit trafficking, money laundering, terrorist financing, cyber and intellectual property crime, border insecurity, environmental crime, and illegal drugs.
